Sales Performance Dashboard
The Voltex Electronics Analytics project models a U.S. e-commerce electronics retailer’s Q2–Q3/2024 operations in a star schema, covering orders, products, regions, shipping partners, returns, and customer ratings. It enables learners to analyze business health, performance trends, SKU profitability, logistics efficiency, and customer behavior through executive-ready Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making.
Sales Performance Analysis
The project analyzes Voltex Electronics’ Q2–Q3/2024 performance decline using order, logistics, returns, cost, and customer rating data. Power BI and a MECE diagnostic approach were used to pinpoint hotspots by region/shipper/SKU and link profitability drops to return spikes, late deliveries, and rising freight/return costs. The analysis delivered prioritized recommendations to restore SLA, reduce returns, and improve margins and customer experience.
